In 2006, Related joined forces with Grupo Chartwell to launch Related’s first project outside the United States, Icon Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta, a luxury condominium project consisting of three stunning oceanfront towers that combine the talents of Philippe Starck and Arquitectonica. Following the success of Icon Vallarta, the two partners created Related Mexico.
Related Mexico is investing more than $1 billion in Mexican real estate with projects underway in Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Zihuatanejo, and upcoming projects in Mexico City, Playa del Carmen, Los Cabos and Monterrey.
